How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start".
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping instructions once the return request is approved.


What items are returnable?

  • You must request your return within 30 days of receiving your product to be eligible for a refund. The product must then be returned within 15 days of the request to be eligible for a refund.
  • The product must be returned in sellable condition to be eligible for refund, meaning there is nothing broken or dirty (i.e mud, grass, dust, etc). Vodaland will notify you if the product doesn’t meet this standard.
  • If a bundle of products was purchased, all parts must be returned (i.e. a trench drain must be returned with channel, grates, and all accessories).

Are there any charges for return?

  • All returns will receive a 15% deduction for a restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the charges of return shipping. Customers can request a label from Vodaland to take advantage of our discounted rates. The shipping charge will then be deducted from the customer’s refund once returned.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once the return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied through the original payment method within 10 business days.
