Vodaland is not liable for unforeseen delays by carriers when products were shipped out in a timely manner. We strive to ship orders as soon as possible, and cannot control the speed at which it arrives once it has left our warehouse. For this reason, we do not provide compensation or refunds due to carrier delays.
