Delivery
- Delivery options available at checkout. The cut-off time to have your order shipped out on the same day is 2:00pm EST Monday-Friday (excluding statutory holidays)
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: Please contact a Vodaland representative for express shipping options.
- Local Pickup: Orders can be available for pickup same day as purchase at no cost.
- Vodaland is not liable for unforeseen delays by carriers when products were shipped out in a timely manner. We strive to ship orders as soon as possible, and cannot control the speed at which it arrives once it has left our warehouse. For this reason, we do not provide compensation or refunds due to carrier delays.
Free Shipping Exemption
While we offer standard shipping on many items, the following are exempt from the free shipping policy:

Specialized Products: Special order products, separators, and concrete products.

Handling Requirements: Large orders that require special handling or unique logistics.
- Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations.
Note: For the items listed above, additional shipping costs may apply even after the initial purchase. A representative will contact you if your order requires additional freight charges.
Pallet Shipments
- Orders may be shipped by pallet based on the discretion of the Vodaland shipping team.
- Free standard shipping by pallet only includes dock-to-dock shipping.
- Pallet shipment services (i.e. appointment, private residence, tailgate) will cost an additional $50 per service added.
- A Vodaland representative will reach out to you to notify you of the additional services based on the address you provide.
Important: Customers must report missing or damaged products within 48 hours of receiving order. Please make sure to check your package(s) upon delivery.
