Permissions & Ownership: By submitting photos/videos, you represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the media or have obtained express written permission from the property owner and/or project lead to share these images for commercial use. Vodaland is not responsible for any disputes arising from unauthorized photo submissions; the submitter agrees to indemnify and hold Vodaland harmless against any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from a breach of this representation.

The Reward & Selection: Upon Vodaland’s express written approval of a submission, eligible participants will receive one (1) $20 Amazon gift card. To qualify, photos must feature a verified Vodaland purchase. Rewards are issued on a per-project basis, with a strict limit of three (3) approved projects per unique company, individual, or affiliated legal entity. The act of uploading media does not guarantee payment; Vodaland reserves the absolute right to select only those entries that align with our brand’s marketing and quality standards.

Eligibility & Limitations: This promotion is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec. There is a maximum limit of three (3) approved project submissions per unique participant. For the purposes of this limit, a "participant" includes any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or affiliated legal entity. Submissions from multiple employees within the same organization will be aggregated toward the three-project cap for that company.

Submission Requirements: To be considered for approval, participants must submit a minimum of four (4) high-resolution, well-lit photos per project. The Vodaland product must be clearly visible, correctly installed, and the surrounding job site must be tidy and professional in appearance.

Approval Process: Vodaland reserves the sole right to determine if a submission meets our standards for quality, safety, and clarity. All submissions are subject to a manual 7–10 business day audit of photo quality and verified purchase history (via Sales Order or Invoice numbers) prior to issuance. You will be notified via email regarding your approval status; if a submission is declined for quality, safety, or verification reasons, no reward will be issued.

Usage Rights: By submitting photos or videos, you grant Vodaland a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to edit, publish, and utilize the media for marketing, social media, digital advertising (including Meta and Google Ads), and website content.

Payout: Digital gift cards will be issued via email within 7–10 business days following formal project approval.

Skill-Testing Requirement (Canada Only): As a condition of receiving the reward, Canadian residents must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

Eligibility & Proof of Purchase: This offer is valid exclusively for verified Vodaland customers. To qualify, the submitted photos must feature Vodaland products purchased directly from Vodaland or an authorized distributor. Vodaland reserves the right to request a Sales Order number, Invoice number, credit card confirmation, or proof of project address to verify the purchase prior to issuing any reward. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not open to the general public.
