Responsibilities:

Customer Care:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with a customer-centric approach. Customer Service (Sales Channels):
- Manage customer service across various sales channels.
- Handle claims and issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings. Phone Call Distribution:
- Manage and distribute incoming customer service calls.
- nsure prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries. Email Marketing (Klaviyo):
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Segment and target customers for personalized communication. Reviews & Loyalty Program:
- Monitor and manage customer reviews on various platforms.
- Contribute to the development and execution of customer loyalty programs. In-Store and Phone Sales to Small Clients:
- Assist small clients with in-store and phone purchases.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance sales. Assisting with Day-to-Day Operations:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency.
