Our BASE 100PC trench drains are made of a high-quality polymer concrete material and are sold in channel units only. This system is fitted with a 0.5% internal slope built in, or a 1% can be achieved when purchasing two 0.5 m pre-sloped channels. Channels are made of polymer concrete which has the ability to withstand extreme hot and cold temperatures. All channels can be equipped with galvanized or stainless steel edge rails. This system comes classified from A-C load classes, depending on the grates purchased. Concrete systems do not come with end caps and rebar installation brackets included, and these need to be purchased separately. Any of our 4" BASE series grates are suitable for these channels, and can be purchased separately.
