What length are the grates?
Our linear grates come in either a 39.3" (1 meter) or 19.6" (0.5 meters) size. Our catch basin grates are square and come in sizes 11" x 11", 15" x 15", and 21" x 21". Review the specification details to confirm which size is your grate.
What does the titled width refer to?
The width referred to in the title of our linear grates represents the width of the channel that the grate fits in. We design our grates with more width than the fitting channel for additional support. The width mentioned in the title of our basin grates refers to the actual external width of each unit. If you want the exact width for the grate, review the specification details.
Can they be used on channels or basins not made by Vodaland?
Our grates are designed to fit within our own channels and basins, but it may work for other projects as well. We cannot confirm that it will work for yours, but customers can review the specification details to see if it will fit your channel.
Available load classes for our Trench Drain Grates:
Load Class A - pedestrian foot traffic
Load Class B - Residential vehicle traffic (no parking) and yard equipment
Load Class C - Vehicle parking and commercial vehicle traffic

Trench Drain Grates...
Complete your trench drain system with one of our durable channel grates. Our selection includes heavy-duty, industrial options, which are strong enough to withstand many load classes. You’ll find the 4” and 8” metal channel drain grates to fit perfectly with our compatible trench drains.
We also have three fabrication material options: stainless steel, galvanized steel, and ductile cast iron. Stainless steel is ideal for basic pedestrian traffic, and our ductile cast iron is built for heavy-duty, C-Class loads. Grating fasteners are also available for simple installation.

Our catch basin grates pair perfectly with our catch basin drainage systems. You’ll find several dimension options, so you can purchase a grate that fits your catch basin. We use quality PPE plastic, ductile cast iron, and galvanized steel to construct these durable grates and covers.
