What is the purpose of a stainless steel trench drain system? What projects is it most often used for?
We offer this system as a fully stainless steel drains for projects that cannot use our plastic or concrete channels. These are most often used in projects that require high temperature cleaning like with food processing or breweries.
Is this sloped?
We offer channels with either a 1% slope or no slope. Customers can use these types of channels together in a cascade system which will provide a 0.5% slope.
What is the point of a reversible grate?
Our stainless steel trench drain systems offer versatile grate options for various applications. The grate is reversible, with one side featuring a smooth surface suitable for vehicle traffic, while the other side is slip-proof, providing extra grip for pedestrian foot traffic. This slip-proof side is ideal for areas that require increased safety measures. You can rest assured that the grate's design will prevent wheel damage, while still allowing for efficient drainage.
What outlet options do I have?
You can end your trench drain run with either an end cap or a catch basin. We offer an open version of our end cap with a vertical 4” outlet. The catch basin features a vertical 4” outlet on the bottom as well.

Our 100% Stainless steel Inline Catch Basins can be used as a part of our stainless steel pre-sloped channel drain systems as well as a stand-along unit. They also come with the same style reversible/double-sided grating and a sediment trap (collects sediments, preventing them from going into an outlet) and unique "Hydro Lock," which prevents harmful gasses from coming up. These are C-class load rated for heavy-duty traffic. This will be the best investment if you desire your system to be reliable and long-lasting.
