While we here at Vodaland are known for our wide range of drainage products, sometimes your application may be so unique that none of our standard drainage options meets your needs. However, this won’t hinder our potential to supply for your project due to our ability to manufacture custom drainage products based on your exact request and needs. This is a unique benefit that Vodaland can offer due to us being the sole manufacturer, supplier, and distributor of all our products. Not only can we customize products to match the finest details of your request, but our representatives will work with you throughout the entire process. Providing guidance and recommendations on what design best suits your application.
If you are interested in having a customized product made by Vodaland Canada, please follow the steps below:
- To start the process of having a custom product made, you can either fill out our “customized solution request” under “Engineers” at the top of our website, or simply call a Vodaland representative.
- From here you will need to provide all details and requirements for your unique product design. Important information to provide us with include:
- Dimensions
- Load class
- Type of necessary material
- Explanation of application
- Preferred design or layout
- Timeline of project
- At this point we will forward this information to our custom product team, who will create a design drawing of the unique product you have requested. We will work diligently to provide both the drawing and pricing before your specified deadline.
- Any changes that are needed can be stated at this time, and we will then repeat the previous process until your design is perfect for you. Please note that this entire process is free and there are no charges for designs or edits.
- If you are ready to go ahead with your custom product, we will need a signed copy of the drawing and a deposit amount which will be provided by the representative you are working with. A lead time will also be stated so you have a full understanding of when you are likely to receive your product.
- Once we receive your custom product, it only takes a day for the product to then be sent out to your location. The remaining balance for your product’s cost will be required before releasing the product. We accept almost all payment methods.
